Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy complies with applicable Israeli consumer protection laws for online (distance) sales.

1. Right to Cancel

Customers may request to cancel an order within 14 days from the date they receive the product, or from the date they receive the order confirmation and required disclosure, whichever is later, as provided under applicable Israeli law.

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

* The item must be returned within the legal cancellation period.
* The item must be returned in its original condition.
* The item must not be intentionally damaged.
* Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Opening the original packaging alone does not necessarily disqualify a return where Israeli law provides otherwise.

3. Cancellation Fee

Where permitted by Israeli law, we may charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the purchase price or ₪100, whichever is lower.

No cancellation fee will be charged where cancellation is due to:

* A defective product.
* Incorrect product supplied.
* Failure to deliver as agreed.
* Any other circumstance where Israeli law prohibits charging such fee.

4. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within the time required by applicable law.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or where the return results from our error.

5. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

* Your order number.
* Photos of the product.
* A description of the issue.

We will arrange an appropriate solution, including replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned where permitted by applicable law:

* Personalized or custom-made products (including engraved items).
* Products damaged due to misuse.
* Items excluded from cancellation rights under Israeli consumer protection laws.

7. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
